The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, but

the amenities could be improved a bit. The staff genuinely cared about our comfort, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. However, I wished for a better breakfast selection to complement the outstanding hospitality.

The personalized service from the owners was exceptional.

Our reservation was completely messed up upon arrival. Instead of the two queen beds we requested, we were given a king room. With the hotel being sold out due to local events, they offered only a $20 credit for their mistake, which felt inadequate and frustrating. I certainly won't be returning after this experience.

We enjoyed the seasonal outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities. The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the nearby Great Passion Play. Definitely recommend for some outdoor fun!

We faced some trouble with noise from neighboring rooms at night, which made it tough to sleep during our stay.

I was in town for a wedding and enjoyed my stay. The owners were incredibly caring and made me feel at home, even checking on me when I arrived late. The room was very clean, and the towels were exceptionally soft and large, a nice touch compared to what you usually find at hotels. While the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, the overall comfort made up for it. I truly appreciated the personalized attention throughout my visit.
